Every Heaven-1 is guaranteed to include the intended Crown-Curve geometry, polished optical finish, and functional TIR effect. If a manufacturing defect prevents these core optical features from performing as designed, Crown Optics will replace the Heaven-1 Optical Engine at no cost.

Shipping and delivery description:

Orders are prepared for shipment following final inspection. Tracking information is provided by email once your Heaven-1 leaves our facility. International delivery times and import requirements may vary by destination.

Cancellations & Replacements

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once a Heaven-1 enters production, the order becomes production-locked and can no longer be cancelled or refunded. If a manufacturing defect affects the Crown-Curve geometry, optical finish, or functional TIR effect, Crown Optics will replace the affected Heaven-1 Optical Engine at no cost.

Optical Guarantee & Product Care

Every Heaven-1 is guaranteed to feature the intended Crown-Curve geometry, polished optical finish, and functional TIR effect. Handle the Optical Engine carefully and clean its surfaces only with the included microfiber cloth. Damage caused after delivery, misuse, or modification is not covered by the manufacturing guarantee.
