1. Preorder & Cancellation Policy

The First Edition Heaven-1 is offered as a limited preorder production run. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the product is being reserved for you as part of this limited manufacturing release.

First Edition Limited Allocation

The First Edition Heaven-1 is strictly limited to 1,000 units.

When you place a preorder, your order reserves an allocation within this limited production run and allows Crown Optics Lab to plan manufacturing, materials, production capacity, quality control, and fulfillment accordingly.

Preorders are processed in the order they are received, subject to successful payment and order verification.

Public Rollout

The official public rollout of the First Edition Heaven-1 is scheduled for September 5, 2026.

Priority preorder units may be completed and shipped before the public rollout date. The September 5, 2026 date therefore represents the planned public rollout date and is not a guarantee that every preorder will ship on that exact date.

48-Hour Cancellation Period

You may request cancellation of your preorder for a full refund within 48 hours of the time your order was placed, subject to any rights provided by applicable law.

To request cancellation, contact Crown Optics Lab using the contact information provided on our website and include your order number.

The cancellation request must be received within the applicable 48-hour period.

After the 48-Hour Period

After the 48-hour cancellation period, your preorder allocation is considered committed to the First Edition production process.

Except where a refund, cancellation, repair, replacement, or other remedy is required by applicable law, Crown Optics Lab does not accept voluntary cancellations or refunds based solely on a change of mind after the 48-hour cancellation period.

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights or remedies provided to consumers under applicable law.

Production Delays

Manufacturing a precision-engineered product may involve circumstances outside Crown Optics Lab's reasonable control, including manufacturing, supplier, transportation, quality-control, or other production delays.

If the estimated delivery period materially changes, Crown Optics Lab will communicate the updated information to affected customers.

Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation or other rights that may apply under applicable consumer-protection legislation.

Order Confirmation

After completing your preorder, you should retain your order confirmation and any other purchase documentation.

For online purchases, Quebec rules require merchants to provide consumers with a copy of the contract containing prescribed information within the applicable period.

2. Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

Preorder Refunds

First Edition Heaven-1 preorders may be cancelled for a full refund during the 48-hour cancellation period described in our Preorder & Cancellation Policy.

After that period, voluntary cancellation due solely to a change of mind is not accepted, except where required by applicable law.

Returns

Because the First Edition Heaven-1 is a limited-production, precision-engineered product, Crown Optics Lab does not accept ordinary returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, preference, or other reasons unrelated to a defect or legal consumer right.

However, this policy does not exclude or restrict any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

Manufacturing Defects

If your Heaven-1 arrives with a manufacturing defect or develops a qualifying defect, contact Crown Optics Lab as soon as reasonably possible.

For our voluntary First Edition replacement program, structural or optical defects should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Your claim should include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs or video showing the issue where reasonably possible
  • Any other information reasonably requested by Crown Optics Lab to evaluate the claim

If the issue is confirmed to be covered, Crown Optics Lab will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a 1-to-1 replacement.

Transit Damage

If your Heaven-1 is damaged during transportation, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping box
  • Any visible damage

This information helps us document the condition of the shipment and process the claim efficiently.

Legal Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy removes or limits mandatory consumer rights.

In Quebec, goods are automatically covered by legal warranties, including warranties relating to normal use, reasonable durability, and hidden defects.

Accordingly, the statement that First Edition sales are final should not be interpreted as a waiver of statutory rights.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is required under this policy or applicable law, refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment processor's procedures.
