2. Website Use

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

You may not use the website to:

  • Violate applicable laws
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website
  • Submit fraudulent or misleading information
  • Abuse promotional or ordering systems

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products.

Because the Heaven-1 is a precision-manufactured physical object, minor variations may occur between product photographs, digital renderings, prototypes, and final manufactured units.

Such variations do not automatically constitute a defect.

However, products will be supplied in accordance with applicable consumer-protection laws and the representations made in the applicable purchase contract.

4. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change before purchase.

Once an order has been accepted and charged, the applicable purchase price will be reflected in the customer's order confirmation, subject to applicable law.

5. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product.

Crown Optics Lab reserves the right to review and, where legally permitted, cancel orders involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, inventory errors, or other circumstances requiring cancellation.

6. First Edition Preorders

First Edition Heaven-1 preorders are subject to the separate Preorder & Cancellation Policy.

The First Edition is limited to 1,000 units.

The planned public rollout date is September 5, 2026.

Preorders may ship before the public rollout date.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund rights are governed by our Preorder & Cancellation Policy and Refund, Return & Replacement Policy, together with any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All Crown Optics Lab branding, names, logos, graphics, photographs, product designs, written content, videos, website designs, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Crown Optics Lab unless otherwise indicated.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without authorization.

9. Third-Party Services

Our store may use third-party providers for services including payment processing, hosting, analytics, shipping, email, fraud prevention, and other operational functions.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

10. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or waive any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Crown Optics Lab will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Force Majeure

Crown Optics Lab will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, major transportation disruptions, supplier failures, manufacturing disruptions, government actions, labor disruptions, or other extraordinary circumstances.

This does not eliminate any consumer rights that apply by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec, Canada, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights.

Nothing in these Terms requires a Quebec consumer to submit a dispute to a court outside Quebec or waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

Quebec's consumer authority specifically notes that certain clauses attempting to require Quebec consumers to submit disputes to non-Quebec courts or mandatory arbitration can be prohibited.

14. Changes

Crown Optics Lab may update these Terms from time to time.

The version applicable to an order will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the contract formed with the customer.
