Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once your Heaven-1 enters production, the order becomes production-locked and can no longer be cancelled or refunded. If a manufacturing defect affects the Crown-Curve geometry, polished optical finish, or functional TIR effect, Crown Optics will replace the affected Heaven-1 Optical Engine at no cost.
